Xbox.com Message errors.

When I go on Xbox.com on one of my accounts it shows I have 10 messages but when I click on messages it shows no messages.
Has anyone ever came across this ? or am I stupid and doing something wrong lol image below. My privacy settings is set to open etc nothing is blocked.

Same thing happens to me, says I have 4 messages but when I check it shows none,
Try checking your FL, maybe they are just FR

Yeah I thought that as well I have only 4 Pending FR but that doesn't add up. 
Strange.
