An Introduction: I, like most of you, am an avid gamer. I enjoy games of all types and attempt to master all types of games, game-play styles, and tactics. I love playing multi-player but do not mind a good solid single-player. What I aim to do is give you guys a good level-headed unbiased opinion of video games in the here and now. I will do my best to convey a certain message while giving you guys a review. I will always try my best to be unbiased but there are exceptions and I'm certain I will just rage at stuff for no reason at times. Depends on my mood. I would like to start doing video reviews, but that's for the future. For now I'll start with a recent game I just received as a gift. (Also if you have any questions just ask.)

CRYSIS 2

Summary: You are this dude who gets the nanosuit and blows shit up.

Storyline: The story is pretty lackluster. It keeps the pace of the game very well, but does not hold it's own throughout the whole game. The story seems to just tie firefights together with no rhyme or reason. It seems cool at first but will quickly get uninteresting and you will lose interest as you fight the same group of enemies over and over. I didn't want to describe the story in detail as there a some shitheads who complain about spoilers. fuckin' pricks.

5/10

Gameplay: Here's where Crysis 2 shines (besides amazing graphics, DUH!). The Nanosuit 2.0 is a wonderful piece of machinery. Each function is now on a separate button, instead of a wheel like in the first one. The buttons work seamlessly and there is no lag time switching between powers. The energy bar is wonderful this time around and gives you plenty of energy to do whatever you need to do. It drains as you use the suit's features. You upgrade your powers and weapons on the fly using a very intuitive upgrade feature without having to scroll through a bunch of menus. The levels are somewhat linear but do feel very well designed and give you tons of options to silently or loudly take out your enemies.

9.5/10

AI: The enemies are very smart on the hardest difficulty but stupid as elephant's shit on the easiest difficulty. That's all I need to say about that.

8/10

Graphics: Simply amazing. You need to experience this game on the consoles as you will sometimes just ejaculate all over the screen when you see it. I'm pretty sure I died a couple times cause I was too busy creaming my pants over some parts. The environments feel very large and are beautiful.

10/10

No for the final part of the game, multi-player. This is a breath of fresh air compared to Call of Duty. It is wonderfully put together and the progression feels very smooth and manageable. You start off with 5 basic classes and you progress fast at first and unlock custom classes and as you use certain weapons, you unlock attachments for that weapon.......Actually.....Now that I'm writing it, it sounds very similar to Call of Duty, but trust me it's quite different. The nanosuit really pulls it apart from the sticky mess of other shooters. It provides a very cool, easy to use, tactic to put yourself ahead of everyone else if you use it right. Lastly, if you buy the game for the graphics, you will stick around for the multi-player.

9/10

Final Verdict: 8/10

This game is wonderful, and despite the lackluster story, the sometimes useless AI, and the linear progression in the single player, if you like shooters you will love it. This game is simply the best looking game on consoles.

You must play the other 3 Crysis games to fully understand it. Just by playing Crysis 2, you will get lost at times during the storyline. I'll make another review for it to explain in depth about it.

I did play the other three. I did not finish Crysis Warhead, but I know enough. That doesn't make up for the the story that didn't pull through like the first game did. It was just not good.

It's not that it didn't make sense. I didn't say that! I said it wasn't good. There's a major difference! You are being stubborn. lol

It's cool, just trying to tell everyone my experience with the game. I'll keep working at it. With time I will get better at conveying messages and such. I'm working on my next review right now.
