Xbox 360 new slim weird banned glitch

I recently bought a new Xbox 360 slim. My 4th Xbox slim ,others were banned

I recently got communication banned on other account for 2 weeks. Then today I randomly got console banned.

But it's weird. I can sign in to some accounts and connect to Xbox live and others say console banned. I posted this thread at HF , but here's the video.
