How does this guy attain all of those sick tags?
does he ever get console banned or like in trouble for this.​

That doesn't mean the account can't get taken back, not recovering it just keeps you from getting console banned.

As far as how he does it I'm not sure, maybe try to contact him yourself although his method is definitely not going to be cheap.

Edit: I kinda know how he does it, confusing though.
 
He doesn't recover them cause he will get CB'ed if he does. He also can Jack tags, So that's how he gets them. Also if you get console banned it's not a big deal. You just trade it into Gamestop. Thats what i did & got another one. They can't tell cause they don't go online so.
 
he cant jack anymore. Most of the tags he has 'jacked' were because Ricky helped him or back in the day when it was easy as fuck
