I can almost gurantee that this will not work.

The xbox will not allow games to be played from USB, the only way something like this would work is if it took the place of the hard drive. and signed the games on the "key"

There are programs that will bypass the system so a USB can work. This will work if it uses the program that I'm talking about and on my other xbox 360 Modding forum, it will.

He probably accepted the terms to a application on Facebook which allows it to send messages in chat.

Since you can buy it I doubt it's fake. Since that's just plain fraud (claiming and selling an item which doesn't work) and so since it's so public I would doubt it. Now the quality of the game being played could be an issue. Like major lag etc.

There is one other usb that does this and it works since I had it till i broke it. So this should work well.
