Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.


Does this shit mean they will pursue it and report it?
 
They might, or they might not. Be prepared for the worst.
 
just say it was for educational purposes worst comes to worst, and they will have no proof you profited from it, nor will they have proof that they ACTUALY decieved anyone, i wouldent worry my man,

If they feel like reporting you, they will. It's up to whether they are too lazy to do it or not, there's no way around with 'educational purposes' they will lawyer up as they have already handled these situations before. Just learn from your mistakes and start using VPNs next time.
 
I know a few guys who got the same as you got, and they never got reported or anything. So .. Don't freak out and try to have some fun on x10, Or fow how long It'll take ;P
 
I forgot to add, almost ALL web hosts put that stuff in their ToS because they don't want to become sued themselves, if it's not in their ToS it's considered part of their way and others may sue the web host for that. With the ToS they may and may not perform legal action, it depends if someone pursues any actions on them.
 
nobody touched on the they have no proof, let them take you to court, they cant make a direct link between the things you got from your site and you logging into the game and looting it from your phishes

All free web hosts do the same thing. It's mainly just a scare tactic.
