Although it doesn't make any sense, nothing can be done as it's not flaming or cursing.

Perhaps you should Private Message that user and ask him why he did it, and try to resolve the issue via Private Messaging?

He can't remove the rep so.. It wouldn't work.
 
It's only one rep. Just chill out, the rep system is flawed any ways.

Nope, if a user has given their own rep, they can also delete it, as-long as it's their own.
 
Somebody derepped me for derepping them. I gave my simple reason and derepped him for being a jackoff in a thread and cussing out like 10 people for simply not liking his thread.

He derepped me back for revenge rep.

Don't see me complaining, do you? (Just saying this for an example)

Rep isn't everything, its opinions... Now vouches on the other hand can mean a lot negative vouches = bad.
(Though that is also my opinion. Depends on how you think )

Hope this gets worked out.
