Ok so I had help before on this but now I just don't get it!

I have cleared my trash and all my inbox ad I am at 97%!!

Can someone please post below on how to get it to 0?

I really need this fixed because I get a lot of PM's :/

Yes,at the top of the PM page just hit, "empty folders"
 
Or just upgrade and never have to worry about it.
 
If you upgrade you bassicly never have to worry its grand . or just delete everything. your choice!
 
I'm upgrading soon guys! Guess I won't worry about it now Staff close.
