It may be one of the plugins regarding you as a spammer. Did you try opening FK from another IP? When does it occur?

i tried opening it on a VPN
 
It may be a spam plugin like Jimmy said. Maybe your account was flagged or something/.

One of the security plugins may have deemed you as a spammer and previously banned member. Maybe recent Satan & Poop dramas were one of the reasons, which I think made Philly install these plugins. There are plugins which don't allow you to register on a Proxy or VPN and record IP's to StopForumSpam database. Hope that helps.

You have to ask Philly about this.
 
Doctor, I think you should browse FK from your original IP, unless it may create problems.
