The site is rarely offline for updates, that's probably what's going on.

Someone was booting FK offline. Philly puts a notice on the homepage when the site is being updated.

Someone might be flooding the site, although the server could just be having problems.

It's skids hitting the site. Not much I can do about it but report it, and block the ips from the packets, and thats about it.
