wtf is up with my paypal

So I have a verified PayPal with a bank account and legit credit card attached to it.

Now I am unable to send others money when I most need to and am receiving tons of prompts to verify myself. Whenever I try it always fails.

Earlier this week I had to file a UA on @Story as his PayPal got limited, so he told me to chargeback. He sent the payment as family and friends, and in 3 pieces, so I UA'd all three. Since then I have been unable to do anything with my PayPal and am scared shitless that I'm about to lost $190 (all my money RN)

What the hell am I supposed to do with this?
 
I also can't send money (Its asking me for my ITIN, being 14, I don't have one)

Good luck with fixing it, I tried, and I failed.
 

What error is it giving, and are you logging in various times with different IP?..

Yes I went to my friends house and logged in

And I occasionally use a VPN
 
If you use another IP, then your account will be limited.

Unless you can get someone to fake those documents, then I don't think you can get your 190$ back.

Why does PayPal have a mobile app if when you use a different IP you're limited

Basically that's why you keep getting all the security questions..
All the unusual IP logins..
Most likely is why the error is coming up. If its the usual
"We cannot send your money now" try mobile sending it, and if that doesn't work. Call them up, it'll ask for social. If its fake info, just wait till a person comes on, tell him number on it and then say your trying to donate money to a charity and its saying that error, he'll always push it right through..

Also: Don't worry about what other guy said, if you have real info on it.. no worries anyway.
 
Call up paypal and ask them about this shit, you say you have legit info attached to it so you shouldn't even have to worry.

The only thing fake I have on it is an alt phone number and name. I can't call PayPal, its pretty obvious I'm under 18. I have an accessible SSN but will that do me any good

Bud, you don't need a SSN..
Have someone else do it, all they'll need is the name on paypal, email , and sometimes the number on it even if its fake

How? I have couple paypals I used fake information on when I was younger and got not alot but some decent cash on them?...

Its a private method i found , no one is aware of this tested it 3 or 4 times on limited paypals it is yet to fail .
