Black hat activity is like hacking something just for the hell of it. Google it. It's basically what UGNazi does. And grey hat/White hat is like anonymous, they hack for a reason, wether politics, or people jailed for a unlawful reason. They're basically saying you hacked something on the site.
Use the Contact page and select the reasoning being 'Banning'. It normally means you have been involved in black-hat activities which are prohibited on HackForums. For example, social engineering, carding, etc.
I doubt you would be doing any of those things. But as I said, try using the contact form, maybe Omniscient will sort it out for you.

That is pretty much true. I tried contact him numerous times because I was banned for the reason 'possibly compromised', he didn't even bother resolving my issue.

Tbh, every admin stops giving a shit about their members once they reach about 200K members. What originally was to be a discussion forum, where the admin actually posted and was active with the rest went into a rich, non caring admin (I am talking about Omniscience, or however you spell it )
