Whenever you go outside, you see these people standing around near churches asking you to believe in their god 'n shit. Now they try and get me on my own PC? For fuck sake, these people aren't religious, they're just fucking retards.

Of course they're religious. Everyone has different beliefs. However, I do agree that their methods of promoting these beliefs are sometimes very irritating. Just ignore them. People that seek others to spread the word of God primarily do it because they know that they're among a minority. They're no danger to you. They're just looking to keep their perspective alive. Don't be so narrow-minded.
