Title says it all, would you die for someone you have never met or have any knowledge of? I've searched and can't find if this question has been posted or not.

Anyways I would. To be honest I can't wait for death and it's mysteries id happy sacrifice myself for someone.
 
I wouldn't. I'd rather die by someone else's decision.

I hate desicions.

I really couldn't see myself dying for them.

Someone I truly care about, possibly, depending on the circumstances.

But not a complete stranger.

Like what if you were kidnapped along with two other people and you are given a gun with one bullet and if one person isn't dead within the hour you all die. What would you do? I am aware this is a totally different question considering your actually killing someone.
 
I wouldn't sacrifice myself for someone old, but I would always try save them. I would die for a baby, toddler or teenager without question. Death is very mysterious, I mean what the fuck happens when we die? It can't be just blackness can it? I don't believe in heaven, hell and all the rest of it. I might as well believe in the tooth fairy.

It was invented by man and there is no proof, so I suppose we have to just wait and see. It's like me saying I owned the GT: A, you would want proof or you would believe me would you.
That's the same as god.
 

Let me make sure I'm getting this right.

3 people are kidnapped, including myself.

I'm handed a gun and told that if one of us is not dead within the hour, all three of us die. Correct?


Personally, I couldn't pull the trigger on one of them.
And I couldn't pull the trigger on myself either, I've tried.

I'd set the gun in the center of them and let them decide.
It's technically not saying I would die for them, because either one of them has an equal chance of shooting the other kidnapee(is that a word?) as well as themselves.


Lately I've learned to value my life a lot more than I used to, and therefore would not sacrifice it for a complete stranger.
 
Kinda off topic but I have the kid A on my friends list.

But blackness isn't the problem it's nothing.
NOTHING. Just imagine whatever created us just never went through with it. There never would of been anything ever so it be pure nothing topped with nothing and just try to grasp what that'd be like. It's hard to explain but I've sat down and thought this for hours idk why.

Ok I'm not looking for an argument about a situation I made up.

But to clear things up the kidnapper is inside of a bubble and it deflects all bullets.

This is the least ideal situation.

Lol, but I'd totally die for someone if they chose for me to.

Thinking about it this way, but on the opposite, currently I wouldn't at my age.

Were I older and already lived a majority of my life? I very well might.

But at 21, I would not.
 
Depends on who I'm doing it for, If it's a really good friend that I met on the internet then I'd full on take that to the extent and if needed I'll take my life to run there's a little bit longer.
 
I'd only die for a family member, gotta preserve that bloodline
