Say you will email it to him, then just send a blank email with the subject as 'Report'. That gives you at least 4 days to do it. I use this as much as I can

If it's an MS Word document, or any text document, and you don't have to print it out, encrypt some random text a few times and save the file. When he opens it up, he won't know what he looking at and will probably tell you to turn it in on another day.

If you do need to print it out, go with the 'ran out of ink' excuse. I can't think of any other excuses.
