My sis has small child, shes only 3years, oh for a poor baby girl to be in the school at such a tender age. But the times and circumastances are compelling, she says. Its cut throat competition and she needs to be on her toes to be early learner. I think that is too much to be asking from a darling daughter at so early to begin with. What do you say?

Well I don't think starting school early is not good if the child wants to. But if the child doesn't want to yet, I think they should just wait for the right time as some kids who starts school early also loses interest in school early. Unlike if they WANTED it or asked for it. I remembered my little cousin who was so excited to go to school that one day her parents sent her to school with her elder sister. They bought her bag and everything. She liked it the first 2 days. But on the 3rd day she said she's done with school. hahaha.

This early schooling is OK with me as long the children are not being given too much pressure to learn. The learning should be more on playing rather than serious lessons.

you are right, forced schooling could result in loss of interest and the child could feel too hard to keep up the innocence of childhood, but seems to be like that in present day scene you know.

learning through play way is one of the best teachings for the tenderhearts and it is appreciated if they learn on their own, when they see and adapt to the nature too.
