Joined Mar 19, 2011 Posts 7,695 Reacts 0 Reputation 0 Credits 0 Mar 8, 2011 #5 depends how strong you are really, I'm fairly built and i do 15kg. but you should do 12.5kg which is including the bar your lifting. maybe even 10kg or less it's completely upto you. do 10kg until you get the hang of it because you can do muscle tears if you stress your arms too much. I'm not a hardcore gym addict so I'm not 100% google it and it should tell you from your height and weight.
