Hey guys, first off, this isn't posted in the Computing section due to it being dead.
My issue: My laptop runs Intel HD 4600 graphics at idle, and only uses the GPU under a heavy load. Also, the CPU idles at 2.4GHz, and automatically uses Turbo Boost to hit 3.4GHz under a heavy load. Due to these two issues, my Windows Experience Index rating is way lower than it should be.
Any ideas on how to get it to output my true maximum index rating? Thanks.
