Windows 8 Need help!

My computer is really fucked up and I need to restore. When I click the button to reset to factory defaults, it sais " There was a problem resetting this PC. NO changes were made." The computer came pre installed without a disk, and I have poor computing skills. Might slide over a little bit of cash to someone who can help me out.
