Windows 10 Xbox Achievements?

I have just signed in with my account on windows 10.
Can you unlock achievements through the games on here?
Has anyone been on and unlocked any?
If you have can you list the games?

Yes you can just unlocked a acheivement on Minions lol testing it out

Well it depends on the game, if they say XBOX on them then you can, an example would be Jetpack Joyride.
