To give back to the community maybe? Not sure why people charge at all. Someone gets their account done for free, and then make their own service charging. To me, that sounds very stupid.
 
I'm glad that Yoshi does it free. Even if he did charge, he'd still be legit. He is a very legit user and I would not be afraid to let him do this for me.
