Most of us loss our good things and temper while we are in anger. Anger is the great enemy of us which made us to forget about the situation and other things. If we are in great anger we forget about other things and shouted or beating some one. IT is not a good thing, we must learn to reduce and give up our anger. It is not easy to give up our anger completely within a day, we must reduce it in step by step manner with our determination.

We all have a lot of will power, we must use it to over come from our anger.
