i have a banned account that i want unbanned. i am willing to pay for a method. please help me out!!

I didn't think there was a way to do this now! I believe it was patched!
 
My friend has done it before, but I don't know if you still can with a JTag.

Hey this is MSR do you still want that mw2 recovery service? And yes you will unlock all titles and emblems non missing
