Note: firstly I'm sorry because I don't know which section to put this.
Basically a kid has been buying virtual items from me since july 17th, and decided to chargeback all his transactions he had me with on August 5th. It was paid through paypal (obviously) and sent as a gift with the note, "I have received my virtual items. Thanks for your service". Now I've called paypal the 'specialist' I've talked to said it can go either way, I've told him the person is most likely lying when he called in about an 'unauthorized claim' and they said they would look into it more deeply and if it indeed was I would not receive my money. They also stated that paypal had no responsibility for virtual/digital items, so I think it's looking pretty bad for me. The 'specialist' went ahead and updated my resolution/claims on every case. Basically I had told him I had sold him digital items since July 17th till August 3rd.

Anyways, I want to know if I have any shot at winning this dispute, thanks.
edit: I'm positive this paypal is indeed not hacked, and hadn't been logged in from a different location also. He said since the transactions have been going on for so long I might have a shot and that this person is 'crying wolf'
