Will I ever get Onyx?

Well during the 4 year anniversary I won Onyx but I still haven't received it. I asked before and I just got the answer that @Philly will get around to it but yeah....
Should I just sit tight and wait or was there a form or something I was meant to fill in, in order to receive it?
I've wanted Onyx for a while now but I was just counting on getting in through the giveaway.

The 2nd picture is false, he gave the upgrades to the people who got the 100th and 250th posts. He didn't remove any posts from the thread, lol. Also I got my onyx the day after he said he closed the contest.

Well I got the post fairly so I don't see the problem. Also I didn't spam to get it. But everyone else that won got there upgrade the same day, so I don't why why you havent gotten your upgrade if you truly won.
