Why @Philly hasn't been on

I contacted Phil to redeem a PP card for me(which ofc he can't due to people charging back on PP)

And he stated he has food poisoning. I've seen multiple people complaining although what past admins have done @Philly can't just hand out access to users & groups which an admin can do multiple things with.
