Why Mitt Romney is "Unlikable"

A lot is being said in the media about Mitt Romney not being "likable" or that he doesn't "relate well" to people. Frankly, we struggled to understand why. So after much research, we have come up with a Top Ten List to explain this "un-likability."

Top Ten Reasons To Dislike Mitt Romney:

1. Drop-dead, collar-ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura. Looks like every central casting's #1 choice for Commander-in-Chief.
2. Been married to ONE woman his entire life, and has been faithful to her, including through her bouts with breast cancer and MS.
3. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?)
4. Can't speak in a fake, southern, "black preacher voice" when necessary.
5. Highly intelligent. Graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School...and by the way, his academic records are NOT sealed.
6. Doesn't smoke or drink alcohol, and has never done drugs, not even in the counter -culture age when he went to college. Too square for today's America?
7. Represents an America of "yesterday", where people believed in God, went to Church, didn't screw around, worked hard, and became a SUCCESS!
8. Has a family of five great sons....and none of them have police records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom, and that "choice" deserves America's scorn.
9. Oh yes.....he's a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living, patriotic, fiscally conservative, charitable, self-reliant, and honest.
10. And one more point.....pundits say because of his wealth, he can't relate to ordinary Americans. I guess that's because he made that money HIMSELF.....as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad.

Apparently, he didn't understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you un-relatable to Americans. My goodness, it's a strange world, isn't it?

I find it quite sad he's getting all this hate.

I for one, think he will do a hell of a lot better job than Obama in office.

If Obama get's re-elected for another term, America will decline to an un-repairable state. If Romney gets elected, we have a chance.

IMO we have two horrible options for president. If I could vote I wouldn't.

Ron Paul 2012 plz.
just kidding.

Or you could vote white/blank.
White/blank vote has a lot of power, and some people don't realize it.

This isn't about if you could vote you wouldn't. Please keep the posts on topic.

I'll keep that in mind for the next election if we have another batch of terrible choices. (When I can vote)

I'd vote whether I liked the candidates or not, because one candidate will always be in the party I support, whether I like him as a person or not.

Lol have you ever had to live in the same area as a large population of Mormons? They are the most preachy, two-faced, double-talking, and down right ridiculous cult there is...

I judge most candidates on their actions during the time they are running for president. Anyone who acts immature during the debates and act like it's a fourth grade argument just shouldn't be a president. Right now I'm seriously considering voting for Mickey Mouse...

Hey eXero, they probably don't like any of this either....much too selfless...where is all the greed?

You could vote for one of the other candidates who deem you a better option. (Independent Parties)

I'm a suspicious person. All those good credentials makes me think something's fraudulent.

> He gave all the currency of his inheritance to the Mormon church, he kept the multi-billion dollar corporation for himself.

>2 years of unpaid service to his church? Lol that's fucking rich... Does it come with the same merit if you know he was forced to do that as all Mormons are when they reach University age or face being excommunicated everyone he knows.

Took no salary as Governor? Good, politicians don't need to be paid anyway, they're all rich as fuck anyway.

I like how people try to only point out bad things or talk only negatively about things. Same goes for trying to make good things appear as negative. Never point out the good or acknowledge the good.

Yes, other candidates that have no chance.

Sounds like some people can't accept the fact that he's a good person. LOL.

Exactly my point.

Just like some people can't accept that I'm a pretty nice guy? =D
