I came to RG from HF after HF banned runescape discussion. I wanted a community that I could talk about runescape with fellow runescape players, and I thought this was the place to be. I know of other forums, but I like RG. Well anyways, I get here, and I like it, so I post. I registered on 4-20, and have never been inactive in posting, as long as there are threads to post replies to, or I have ideas for my own. I continuously try to help out where I can. I have done several marketplace type deals, I help fellow members where I can, and I try my best. I don't try and make enemies, but I have managed to do so, and it isn't my fault.

There is a contest going on, yes, which a lot of RSGP is being given away. I am in second place, I know. Because I am in second place, people accuse me of "point/post" whoring, only being active because of this contest, and other bullshit like that. None of this is true. I am constantly negative repped because people don't want me to be "the next 'the_lol' or 'wale'" when I don't even know who those people are. I was told they were previous contest winners, and after they won, they didn't show back up on the forums. Well I am not them, nor do I plan to leave RG. I would appreciate it if people would stop accusing me of doing so, and just keep that opinion to them selves.

I am negative repped for being "arrogant" when the only reason I may come off as arrogant is because people accuse me of being a post whore. I have time on my hands it being summer and all, and so I watch RG for new posts, and I try to contribute to them. I try to create threads for other people to post on as well. I don't see why @[Dungeoneering] doesn't receive the same treatment. I know he has been registered longer, but that doesn't mean anything. Sometimes people accuse me of posting low quality, and even spamming, but I don't try to do that. I don't generate how you feel about my replies, but if this is the case, I am sorry. I would much rather you PM me than negative rep me for that stupid reason.

This may sound like a rep rant, but that is not the goal of my feedback. The goal is to make known that I am here, and I am here to stay, regardless of the contest. Now I will say, I hope that I do keep my spot in the contest, I could use 50m. I owe some people RSGP that I cannot pay back atm, and the 50m would cover my debts. But that is besides the point. I have just as much right as the next person to participate in this contest, and just because I post a lot doesn't mean I should not be allowed. This is for those people who are butt hurt that I am winning, so they decide to negative rep me for winning and call me a point whore. It's all bullshit.

If you guys would look at it from my point of view above, you would understand why I am writing all of this. It makes me mad when people say all these things just because I am active. My activity has nothing to do with this contest. It is entirely focused around how active RG is. If there aren't threads for me to post replies on, then I wouldn't be posting would I?

I know this is a lot to read, but please, find the time to read it.

I am a cool guy, or so I am told :p If people would take the time to get to know me, instead of making all these false allocations then things would be so much better.

For people who care:
Friends I have made:

@[Brock] - He is a constant friend that I can rely on. He has helped me, and I have helped him several times, and I am glad we are friends.

@[Dungeoneering] - Me and him are cool. We talk sometimes when we can, and he is a pretty cool guy. I like seeing him around RG.

@[Reaper] - He is fun guy to talk to. We both legit runescape, and we have this in common. He is always hitting me up when I am online, and I appreciate his friendliness.

RE: Why? Just why? My feedback.

Crysis, why are you trolling? Who cares how many posts someone makes? That's the reason the competition was made in the first place. If someone wants to take their time to sit on a forum and post then who gives a shit?

RE: Why? Just why? My feedback.

The competition is for posting/activity boosting, yes.

But when people are posting pointless and unneeded posts/threads as well as implementing questions in near to every post.

RE: Why? Just why? My feedback.

Uh yeah, this isn't feedback.

"the goal is to make known that I am here, and I am here to stay, regardless of the contest." false - You're here for the GP. As proved by >>

"I owe some people RSGP that I cannot pay back atm, and the 50m would cover my debts" - Funny how the prize would cover your debts, co-incidental?

This isn't feedback, and all you've done is read others peoples thread and mis-matched them, in a bid for points.

Funny how you've made 600 posts since the contest began in what, 10 days? Yet 3 MONTHS you only made about 1000 posts..

You can't bullshit us like you may be able to do some other forums.

You're here for the GP and the GP alone.

RE: Why? Just why? My feedback.

"Crysis liked your post "Uh yeah, this isn't feedback. "the goal is to make known that I am here, and.."

RE: Why? Just why? My feedback.

You can continue to say that I am here for the GP, but I also said on my original post, I post where there are threads. If before the contest there weren't threads to be posted on, I would have no where to post replies to, therefore my post count would not rise.

I am not here, on RuneGear.net for the money, I am here for the Runescape community.

But you just make it to obvious dude. You post about shit that you either don't know about and are 'looking for help' when in reality you're just looking for points!

You don't have to post on every thread.

I know I don't have to post on every thread, but why not? I don't have any other stuff I would rather be doing. And I do agree, sometimes I post stupid threads, which I only realize are stupid after the fact. That is my fault.

You have nothing else to do? Jesus.

You're on a Runescape based forum, so go play Runescape.

Dude we can tell that you post whore by the fact that on the majority of thread I see in the sales section, I alway se a post from you saying "Oh, I would so buy this account if I had the money" or "I bid 1m, I hope I win guiseeee" on an account thats worth like 50m+

You made a post the other day saying "Umm duhh, how many tokens till I umm get a uhh Chaotic herp?" and another 10 posts about tokens and pointless shit, when a simple google would have sufficed.

And when you posted on NintendoCore "umm what are they doing??!!11!!1?" when its posted in the music section and you can clearly hear music coming from your speakers. Thats like watching the Billy Jean - Michael Jackson filmclip and saying "ZOMG whats he doing with his feeeeet!!!?!?!?!!1111?"

Obvious whoring is obvious

My 2c

I understand you and you should be allowed to post, but maybe try to limit yourself to a certain amount of posts per day, or maybe just begin to post frequently after the contest?
I don't know though, it's your call.

I hate to say it eXero, but some of the statements here are correct to a point. Your posts often ask very simplistic questions that you have asked before on other threads, and you often place a near minimum of what is requested in a post. I often see you saying things like "Nice job, but how did you get there" or "How much was that", etc.

And by the way, you could be posting here since the day you joined, but it's really just about the quality of your posts. I learned that the hard way when I took part in the first contest I saw when I joined. Thankfully, I increased my post quality half way through the contest and made it out with some good reputation.

Play the contest fair, and post as if there were no prize. Good luck.

I find this thread a way of you trying to get points. Like so many have said, it's really obvious your just after points. If your that desperate for money and have nothing else to do, you can always go out and get a job.

Michaelkr1 put it the best.

Plus, this isn't feedback. This is an attempt at more points.. If you're truly not here for the points, prove it rather then begging for attention by posting this thread. Make your posts more high quality and stop post whoring. It's easy to do mate.

Glad to know that I am being backed, not backed as such on my side but to know I was correct.
I don't start "grudges" or arguments without being right.

I don't go into debates on sand.

So, yeah it's not just me saying this.

Even I've seen your posts to be simple, bro. Why is everyone having orgasms over pixels anyway? (The contest)

I do agree SOME of my posts are useless, like I stated in the original post. I only realize this after the fact, and I am sorry, but you people accuse me of doing it for points, when that is not the reason.

I am planning on staying active after the contest, as much as I can.

I do do other stuff, but I am on vacation, two states away from my home, so there is not much regular activities I can do. I spend 4-6 hours everyday outside and away from the computer. Then with that, I play xbox, eat, sleep, read, etc. I don't know why people get so mad over an active member on this forum. It's like you don't want people to be active. You want to use the contest as an excuse for me to be active. That is telling me, and anyone who joins this forum that you want them to be inactive. The responses telling me that I am posting this for points, and all this rude behavior are making me want to leave, but I am not going to. I am going to try and stay here and socialize.
