Why is paypal being gay?

My account is limited and its been past 180 days and im just trying to withdraw funds to my bank account. but now apparently you need to verify your identity before you can do that.
I can't request a check either because I have no credit card and I CANT ADD A BANK ACCOUNT.
They said i wont be able to get the name change to my actual name either because I made a completely random name and theres nothing to go off of.
Is there anything I can do?

please help me out this is so retarded
 
You made an account on here just to complain about PayPal ? It's completely your fault if you chose to make a PayPal with a fake name. PayPal's not being gay they just don't want people laundering money through them. There is ways of getting the money out of the account but you'll need to either fake documents or create a bank account with the same last name that's on the account. If it's less than $50 just cut your losses and move on because PayPal won't help you.

yeh but good luck finding a bank that will let you open an account without ID
