Why is it so hard to add an avatar.

I'm looking for a swollen member avatar, but every image is to big. So i copy and paste it in to my pictures and select it and it says it's not the right file type, even though im sure it is. Can anybody help?
 
I think you've gone full retard.
It really isn't that difficult.
 
What I do is save the image I like and put it into photoshop and make it into a smaller version, 100x100 to be exact. It might look kind of strange after but it works! good luck

Well I could do it for ya I could be your personal avatar guy Send me a pic and ill have it in 100x100 in under a minute!

Really!? that be really sweet once i pick an Avatar i usually have it for along time. but ill go find one now. Thanks bro.
