Why do you join user groups?

I join user groups because I love bonding with people whether they be new or have been here for a substantial amount of time. I love talking in the lounge threads and I also love to help out where I can be of assistance.

Why do you join groups? To wear the user bar or just because you can.

Making this thread because most of the groups I'm in have a dead lounge. I'd like to see some activity to fix this.
 
Well I mainly join just to be in. But I do take part in posting in the lounge because well , I love posting
 
When I was in one I just hung out in the lounge for other people to talk to.

Would you like to join Superior then? I know you like to post, you're an active member mainly because you like to piss people off, that's Poop I guess.
 
I can't even get in a fuckin group. But i would mainly join just for the title or whatever and the lounge.
 
I join user groups because people invite me too them because I am awesome sauce and I'm just irresistible.
The groups I'm currently in are 80% of the reason why I'm still posting on FK.

Yes sir I'll join. As long as there's people to talk to, I'm good. Idk if I can wear userbar cause I think I'm still in DWC even though I don't see it on my profile..

I can't seem to ever be accepted into any group, no matter how good my application is. If I were to join a group I would join because the I love to help people out in any way, shape, or form. I also would love to sit and talk with people in my group and wear the UB like a pro.

I join usergroups because I know the owner/members. I prefer posting them rather than in an public forum. Stuff is kept private and I can have a real conversation most of the time.

Only downside to groups on this site is that they rarely stick around for more than 1-3 months.

I've had Superior for ages, longer than 3 months. Though, I do see where you're coming from when you say posting in private is better than posting publicly. You can have a 1 on 1 conversation and actually keep it going.
 
I join groups for the sub-forum. I also like them because I feel I'm able to just chat about whatever random shit comes up. Haha

Yeah, Superior is one of those exceptions. I can blame nobody because I have bought and sold 2 groups on here within a 1 month time period. I can't even begin to name the amount of groups that have been owned over the past year or so. I wish that it was a more permanent thing on FK, same goes for awards.
 

Word, the shit gets annoying. Alot of people buy into groups and shit and then it just gets sold. There should be a certain amount of time before your allowed to sell it.
