Why do people block some skills out when showing a picture of there skills?

I just saw 3 pictures of kids blocking out either one or almost all the skills
Like fuck just take a picture and put it up You dont need to block your stats

I guess the kids are paranoid OMG JAGEX will be looking at a forum and tracing my stats to my account OMG

Jagex has better stuff to do you know
 
I think it is because JaGex/someone should not know their total level so they can report them.
 
Dude, they get banned for RWT, so I'd be scared too.
 
how is some1 going to add up all your levels and than happen to find your name on hiscores? lol thats dam near impossible

Who cares if they see your levels
Your levels change daily so they are not accurate
And jagex does not troll on forums to see botters

Post a pic of your account, and I'll tell you the name of it, it isn't hard, just search got the total level and match the skills.

I could do that. It depends though, how many ranked stats you got.
 
Yeh if someone has THE EXACT stats as you, then it's kinda impossible.

It's just a fucking precaution. There has been rumors that JaGex reads through some forums.

Don't make a thread pissed because you can't see some of our stats.
And then presume to call a majority of us "kids". You have no fucking idea how old the people are that you are referring to.

You will more than likely piss some people off, as you have me.
I cannot stand being called a kid by someone who is less than my age.

To avoid the possibly of the banhammer because RuneScape mods come onto RuneScape forums and have to report shit.
Just like that one guy over here that banned every RsBots auth code, but similar.
 
I get paranoid when posting my stats, as Steezy has done, he found that account that the stats was posted,
