WHY DO PEOPLE ANNOUNCE EVERYTHING?

Is it because to draw attention or just to share? People post everything in their status what they do every minute or what's on their mind on facebook, twitter and other social networking sites. Sometimes it's irritating because even the most non sensible stuff are there! If they are not my friends I might just delete them because my notification is flooded by silly things people put in their status. Well I just wonder they have to do that. But it's their profile so I can't do anything about it, I just can't understand why they spend so much of their time announcing their fights with their significant other or how they hate their bosses and work etc. Why can't they just tell it upfront?lol...

That's the main reason why social networking sites are the in thing nowadays. If not for those people who keeps shouting what they're feeling or what they're doing then FB would be such a lonely place. But there's nothing we can do about it. It's either you delete them in your friends list or you delete you account and stick to email instead.

Well I don't condemn those people announcing everything it's just that if they announce their break up and even exchange offending words then suddenly you'll see they're together again, it seems silly and immature. Why not just fix the gap personally and not just announce it to everyone because it's such a shame. I don't think civilized people normally do that. I have my FB for business reasons and to communicate with my long time friends who live far away. @Polarbeer well I also noted in my post that yes I can't do anything about it and this is just my observation. So chill....

I think this is what social networking sites are for. To be able to express what you feel or think to the world. You join social networking sites like facebook or twitter so you have to expect that it is the whole world that your entering into. If you specifically hate someone because if you think they post too much, you can hide their posts permanently or delete them as friend. Your choice.

for his or her freedom of choice to express his or her feelings also well it also because they want anybody know what he or she have and share WHAT happening to their lives.

Like I've said I don't hate nor condemn anyone. It's just an observation. Social networking is for making friends and I think expressing one's self is not absolute. One concern is if people just express their hurt or remorse to other people online instead of having to talk it over personally then it won't get fixed. Anyway this is just a point of discussion, nothing personal to those who announce everything online.
