Why do I have IE w/ out a code?

So last nightI logged in to XBL and it gave me an update.
At first I was scared because I got console banned in an update once,
Once the update was done my dashboard looked weird and cool.
I looked around it to get used to it and there it was Internet Explorer.

I have NEVER used a dashboard code or anything I just randomly got it.

Here's the truth I decided to LT ( Licenses transfer) with a guy who had IE,
I redownloaded the Registration and IE, it said it couldn't open IE or the Registration pack on my account.... After I turned on my xbox after basketball,
UPDATE, IE, Registration.
Explanations?

No but it's a 1 use code made specifically for the account, not mine.

I license transferred from another account to mine, it can't be possible especially when the code was used on a different console.

Licenses transfer, I answered my own question but it seems rather rare...
