Why did my warning level go from 0 to 40??

alright, well i put it in the spam soo i thought it was okay. and i was just trying to help by warning people, trying to show that hes gonna scam someone FOR SURE, because i have the email, kony@live.com. i even put PROOF that i had it, and it got deleted.
