I think this is bullshit that he got this warning.

If it's because he's a guest, that isn't his fault. That's Philly's fault for allowing guests to post/whatever.

I'm guessing you'd have to register, but not verify your account to post like a guest.
OT: I don't see how it's your fault, really.. Philly should fix the permissions for this.
I'd suggest verifying your account though, so you can get all of the same features as us members.
 
What is going on? Philly would never allow any Guest to post here. Isn't he the same guy who wanted my password?

This happened because his profile was deleted It was not a guest when this was made.
