Why can't I rep my full 15.

I can only rep + or - 10 not 15. This must have just happened since I didn't notice it before.

No problem, I was just confused. Check the User CP and check if it says "Primary User Group: Power+"

That means you basically have the Power + user bar, and most upgraded features except the reputation feature. I'd contact Philly about this, it'll be sorted quickly and efficiently. I also believe there is a problem with the reputation system, as some members are able to give double reputations.
