Why can we not condone the discussion and sales of hostbooters.

VPS, shellbooters etc... Why Philly?
That was part of the reason i joined these hacking websites.
From my understanding and assumptions i feel that if someone aquires a hostbooter and negative action has been taken upon his account that those tools will be used against this website, or for pure recreational* purposes.

Or does it have something to do with the law?
 
Hmm.. maby because it is illegal lol.
 
And host booters are pretty dum too i get host booted all the time in halo3
 
When we first made this forum that was the one rule we needed to really put through with because it does come with a lot of legal liabilities.

So you are telling me hacking is legal? Nulling is legal? (Themes and etc)

Selling xbox account's is against Microsofts ToS. Honestly they all have the same illegal abilities.
 
Jordan you are wrong. Its 100% legal to sale xbox accounts. Its only against there terms of service. Which does not make it illegal in anyway.

As for nulling and shit, I have thought about that, I might not allow it..

The main reason its not allowed is because my current hosting company does not allow it. If, and when I get onto another host which I will have to do soon actually since the site is getting pretty big. Once that happens I might start allowing it. But as for not my host does not allow it therefore I cannot allow it. Me allowing that also does bring legal liabilities. :/
 

Dude if you dont like the site just leave man. Ive heard how shitty hf was all the hacking, and scamming. There is a reason why this site doesnt have the word hack in it...

Actually you fail to recognize what good hacking can do and also I acknowledge that it can also be used for bad. Including hack in the name of a URL doesn't automatically mean that that is the sole purpose of that website's existence. If you take notice you will see that hackforums.net was also a big website for marketplace related activities. And was made a very known website because of their sales in the "oGs". And as of scamming, that can exist anywhere, that is exactly why i won't go first or i don't prefer to use Middle mans, because at the end of the day just because you say your a legitimate dealer doesn't mean you won't scam, because your human.

From what i comprehend from your response I see you have not became involved in hackforums.net, meaning you have no right or reason to criticize it. I believe there is a similar rule here on this website " If you get scammed provide proof or it didn't happen".
 
Hackforums didn't become popular because of ogs. It because popular because of good seo, and because the site has been up for about 6 years now. So because of so much content being posted, and getting indexed allowed users to find the site easy. You also are wrong as not everyone is a scammer. Just because someone is human doesn't mean they will scam. No matter if I lost every single thing I had in life, and didn't even have 1 dollar for a hamburger before starving to death I still wouldn't scam... Scamming is for low life pieces of shit, and no one else. Also to add to that the gamertags forum was added not all that long ago. About exactly a year ago.. Hackforums has been popular for about 2 years now.
 
Humans still get tempted and those thoughts, only because were human. But still you cannot deny the fact that hackforums got a member boost after they got a oG section.

I don't plan on arguing here but I would like a section were we could discuss botnets, hostbooters and what not..
 

I believe there probably was a member boost because of the section being added without a doubt. Also I possibly will add a section once I get on a vps which will be needed as the site gets bigger. As of right now there really isn't anything I can do about it as its against my host's rules.
 
There is no point to host boot. Shell booters are weak anyways and it is really not considered hacking to me hacking to me is like here a list of what I can do.

List of what I can do.
SQLi
Carding
Getting into emails
Bruit force
Root kit

These are some things off my mind if you want to hack don't do that do what I did and get into it do all you can with it.
