Why are some people afraid of success?

Maybe people are not afraid of success but of how many hateful people they will have come at them or it might have something to do with all of the responsibilty that comes with success.

they are afraid of success because they are not daring to take risks . success will come to us when we are ready to take the risk .The risk you have taken is in probably at 50/50 status - fail or success. So plan it and hit the target of yours and surely the success is your .all the best

They are afraid of success because they are afraid of responsibilities as well. For example, if you are successful with your business, more fees to pay, more relatives will come to you and seek help, and more. Also, everything on earth were all plainly temporary. And even you are successful but don't know how manage it any time you will and that is the scariest and depressing thing to happen.
