I don't understand why people have these problems with PayPal. I've never had any problems the past 4 years.
 
OP, I've lost literally thousands of dollars due to exactly this, the only thing you really can do is wait till you're 18...
 
I have a Canadian PayPal account, nothing linked to it. Had it for a year already, no problems.

Mer yeah it seemed to occur when I contacted them through twitter. No problems before that whatsoever

This is the reason why I spend all my money as soon as I sell something, there's no way I'm getting limited with over $10 in my PP.
