Why are muduguards used over the rotating wheel of the vehicles? This technic is used in my village but i dont know it.

lol mudguards are used over the rotating vehicles to protect the body from dirt and mud being sprinkled to our body from the wheels.

Mud guards are very important to use on cars. They help keep it clean and working smoothly. I have some on my car.
