Who would win in a fight, assuming that both players have an equal amount of Pking knowledge and are both experienced in Pking. Who would win when staking assuming that both players have an equal amount of staking knowledge and are both experienced in staking?

Player A:

Attack Level: 80
Strength Level: 99
Defense Level: 99
Prayer Level: 43
Constitution: 99
Combat Level: 112

Player B:

Attack Level: 99
Strength Level: 99
Defense Level: 70
Prayer Level: 43
Constitution: 99
Combat Level: 111

Please state why the person you have chosen would win and what the person could do to increase their chances of winning. I hope 6-7 people give their input and that this thread doesn't die without being answered by an ample amount of people. Thanking you,

I think Player A would win, more variety of armour but with player B he gets no bonus weapons that he would use from the 19 bonus levels of attack.

So Player A would win in both, a staking situation and in a Pking situation?

It depends on how good they are at staking.
You said PK knowledge, not staking knowledge.
It depends on the person, gear, knowledge, timing, etc.
This is a fair fight.

If player A has 80+ dungeon, than they win hands down. If not, it'll be close but I think player A will still win

I think player A will win, 99 defense will be a great asset. And, only 19 Attack levels lost, no biggie.

because the defense will rule out the attack, attack is only the accuracy but the defense takes down hits too and with the strength u'd still kick ass
