Exactly why I made this group back then, I was tired of being scammed so I made this group and got my reputation up (Before this bullshit vouch system put in, no offense philly)

Vouches are actually better then rep. Rep shows how many repbacks you can do(for some members). Vouches show how many deals you've done.

I don't see why not, the group's purpose is a good one and won't do any harm to the community. I think the requirements should be tweaked a bit, but I believed you mentioned that before, other than that, it's a great idea.

Is it going to be an official group? Or is it going to just be a group you are going to make in your spare time? Either way, the group seems good and I'd like to see it in action.
