Who would buy?

Scammers are terrible low-life scum bags. [font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]I have been scammed for $275, $250, and a IG worth ($300ish) and I've managed to get the scammers to return all funds and accounts, should I write a ebook on how it's done? There is no threatening/illegal activities required who would buy? Obviously this method isn't 100% proof but it works on most scammers and almost all newbie scammers.[/font]

It's not luck at all, I'm sure it work on you even if I told you it was a method.

I wouldn't personally buy it because it's shit easy to get the money or sms back

but A LOT of people on here don't so you could easily make some $$$ from it

This is a bad idea and if it doesn't work, you will be a scammer, then you probably won't give refunds.

Even in the OP it states it may not work 100% of the time, he could also place a disclaimer in the eBook.

Meh, maybe people that don't know how to win a dispute or get the shit back might buy this.
