I highly doubt that someone will come out and just tell you they did it unless they give no fuck lmao. But you got to be smart about it. Just a tip if a username is posted on any forums or even talked about being sold or traded to another owner. You should expect turbos to be on it. You just have to be patient. Good lucky though lmao
