From the previous thread, I have chosen 3 members that I feel have been HQ from what I've seen. These members contribute to FK.

Genius may have the most votes, but I have decided to pick from either Monetize or Kasteen since they don't have a single upgrade.

My decision has come down to Monetize being upgraded to Donator.

He has been on FK for a while now and seems to be very HQ and helpful. He doesn't have a single upgrade with how long he's been here. So I think he is most deserving of an upgrade.
