Call of Duty Who IS NOT buying Blops 2

I'm not buying a legitimate copy from the store but I'll have the game
 
Doesnt look great but i think im going to have to buy it because i hate MW3

Kind of like an iso but not really. I have a flashed xbox so I can download games to a dvd disk and play them, even before they're out for games like call of duty where copies are given out before the release. They can't tell my game and a legit copy apart.
