well i am not intrested in banner maker, its so boring to create them.
I have suggation for you, post your banner size and how do you want also give some money who make your banner.
I have also some same offers, user completed my offers and get some reward.
Don't try to cheat with users.

i don't think I can make good banners. I never liked this kind of work actually, I find it a little boring also. Hope you will find someone else here
