Just put some new BF Goodrich Mud terrains on these restored jeep rims
What I did was Sand The rims down for 2 or so days straight Painted the inside red
Shiny chrome red And did a dark flat black for the holes etc
And the out side trim I left shinny aluminum So it looks like chrome
So yea my custom wheels on mudterrains =)
Going mudding with them this weekend or next weekend not sure=/
Just wondering If any one else does this And if so What do you drive
Btw I'm driving a Jeep 98 jeep wrangler
10000 pound winch
2inch lift
3 skid plates
mud terrains for tires
Thats it so far
Haha yeaaaah! We call that mud bogging. Man I'm not a fan of the newer jeeps, but you've got that rig set up perfectly. Any more than a 2 inch lift and I would have probably lost respect for you !
I don't have any vehicles right now, but I'll probably be going with some friends soon. My one buddy has a 1980's CJ that's just mint, with a wicked winch and some weird 4 gear tractor tranny that's wicked for 4x4ing. Haha when you're driving the thing on the street you have to put it in 2nd right away, otherwise you barely even crawl.
Actually I hated jeeps until I first saw that thing... but yeah.
Your Cherokee sounds sick bro, you've gotta upload some pics :tongue2:!
HAHA DUDE! a fourbanger? weak, bro. But I have no vehicle, so I feel your pain x100. To put the cherry on top, I don't even have my license. I've never even driven legally :tongue2:.
Also, I don't think he has a tractor motor dropped in his CJ, I believe it's just the transmission. It's still pretty odd though.
