i messaged the kid on xbox and didnt get a reply. I figure one of you guys would know who the owner of this is.

That's the ugliest tag i have ever seen in my life lol ;p Sorry dont mean to offend you or anybody else. anyway i have no idea who owns it but if it's a silver account you can bet it's inactive.
